Eleanor Josephine SWYERS

SWYERS, Eleanor Josephine - age 85, of Swartz Creek, died Monday, March 21, 2011 at Heritage Manor. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11:30 AM Thursday, March 24, 2011 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Rd., Swartz Creek with Rev. Fr. Steven Mattson celebrant. Visitation will be held 3-6 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek where a rosary will be prayed by the Knights of Columbus at 6 PM. Mrs. Swyers was born June 16, 1925 in Renova, PA, the daughter of Frank and Josephine (Nose) Martino. She married George Swyers in 1959 and he preceded her in death in 2005. Surviving are: son, Brian Swyers of Swartz Creek; sister, Dolores (Paul) Nielsen of Swartz Creek; Nephews Robert (Sharon) Hiller of Gaines, Donald (Pat) Hiller of FL; great nieces and nephews, Amanda and Michelle Hiller, Thomas (Holly) Ochodnicky of Owosso and Justin Ochodnicky.
