PERCZAK, Eleanor  Age 65, of Fenton, died May 4, 2005 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30AM Saturday, May 7, 2005at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6-9PM Thursday and 1-4 and 6-9PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton and 10AM until time of mass Saturday at the church. A Vigil Service will be held at 7PM Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the St. John G.I.F.T Campaign. Eleanor was born October 5, 1939 in Melvindale, the daughter of Joseph and Rose (Walusiewicz) Chryczyk. After her mother died at a very young age, her father married Corbie, who raised Eleanor and her siblings. Eleanor was married to Clarence Perczak on November 16, 1955. In 1971, they moved their family from Detroit to Fenton. Eleanor loved being a Mom and Grandma, she was affectionately known as 'Baba', which is the polish word for grandmother to many. She enjoyed her Polish heritage and sharing it with family and friends. She enjoyed traveling with her husband. Surviving are: husband of nearly 50 years, Clarence; children, Catherine (Ronald) Herstein, Debra Perczak, James (Lisa) Perczak, William (Barbara) Perczak, Kristine (Andy) Ladi, Sandra (Branden) Brickles all of Fenton; loving grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Jonathan, Rachel, Steve, Anthony, Samantha, Aeriel, Brittani, Hillary, Meghan, Hayley, Colton, Avery, Andrew, Ellery; sisters, Bernice and Josephine.
