Eleanor Kuehn

Kuehn, Eleanor E. "Ellie" - Age 90, of Linden, died May 11, 2019. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Wednesday, May 15 at Hope Lutheran Church, 7355 Silver Lake Rd., Linden, Pastor Paul Kollek officiating. Interment at Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia. Visitation will be held 9 AM until the time of service Wednesday at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society or Reverence Hospice. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Eleanor was born June 28, 1928 in Detroit the daughter of Fred and Freda (Kliest) Qualmann. She was married to Melvin Kuehn on June 9, 1951 in Detroit; he preceded her in death March 7, 2004. She was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church, Linden. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed bowling, cross stitch and Bingo. Eleanor is survived by three children, Mark Kuehn of Gladstone, MI, Dale (Ann) Kuehn of Posen, MI, Jill (Andre) Letourneau of Hartland, MI; grandchildren, Joshua, Barbara, Nicole, Marcel (Tiffany), Royale (Denise), Pierre, Maurice; one great-granddaughter Tenley Eleanor . She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Frederick, Alger and Elmer; and three sisters, Florence, Mildred, and Edna. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
