Elaine Catherine SHETLER

SHETLER, Elaine Catherine - age 74, died Wednesday, March 4, 2009 in Utah. Services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1225 Longway Blvd, Flint. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County. Elaine graduated from high school in Grand Rapids in 1952. She enjoyed playing guitar, anything involving animals, drawing and painting. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. Elaine loved children and would do anything for anyone in need. She is survived by: two sisters, Nancy (George) Lee and Janet (Larry) Hinkley; 15 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her mother, Doris Coffey and father, Francis Shelter.
