Edward George Wrigglesworth

WRIGGLESWORTH, Edward George  Age 66, of Gaines, died Monday, May 23, 2005 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, May 26, 2005 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Minister Mark Aites officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Gaines. Visitation will be held 1-4 and 6-9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the family. Mr. Wrigglesworth was born November 6, 1938 in Gaines, the son of John R. and Cleo Belle (Chase) Wrigglesworth. He had resided in Gaines his entire life and was a dairy farmer and had worked for the Village of Gaines. Mr. Wrigglesworth was a member of the Swartz Creek Church of Christ, Gaines Lions Club and volunteered often for many organizations. Surviving are: two brothers, Leland Wrigglesworth and wife, Nancy of Gaines, Paul Wrigglesworth and wife, Cynthia of Swartz Creek; sister, Verna and husband, Ernest Ferguson of Gaines; seven nieces and nephews, Tracy and husband, Jeremy Martin, Lorrie Ann and husband, Wally Wilcox, Scott Wrigglesworth and wife, Denise, Eric, Jason, Alex, and Kristin Ferguson; six great-nieces and great-nephews.
