SIWIK, Edward R. - Age 81, of Fenton, went to celebrate his new life with his wife, Rita, son, Edward, and his parents, Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 AM Friday, July 17, 2015 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 6481 Faussett Road, Howell, MI 48855. Fr. Gregg Pleiness celebrant. Burial in St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Thursday from 6-9 PM where a vigil service will be held at 7:00 PM and Friday at the church from 9:30 AM until the time of Mass. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Augustine Catholic Church. Edward was born February 12, 1934 in Detroit, the son of Edward S. and Rose (Kulesa) Siwik. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Rita E. Downey June 24, 1958 in Royal Oak. Edward was a self Employed CPA. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Surviving are: his children, Mark and wife Lisa Siwik of Wisconsin, Monique Garrett of Illinois, Damien and wife Pornsiri Siwik of Fenton, and Dominic and wife Angela Siwik of Wisconsin; 13 grandchildren; sister, Christine and husband Vincent Lee of Novi; and several nieces and nephews.
