Edward Myers

MYERS, Edward C. -- Age 73, of Birch Run, died October 22, 2016. Services will be held 3 PM Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Masonic Lodge #258, 6186 Dixie Highway, Bridgeport. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607. Edward was born June 3, 1943 in Bay City, the son of Clarence Percy and Gladys Marion (Weishuhn) Myers. He married Kathleen S. Reed on November 27, 1982 in Birch Run. Mr. Myers retired from Buick Engineering in 2003. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #258 in Bridgeport. "Dazzle" was a lifetime member of the Elf Khurafeh Shrine Clown Unit. He was also a member of the Royal Order of Jesters, the Flint Rock and Gem Club and Midwest Faceters Guild. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; sisters, Cheryl (Ron) Maier, Marisue (Jack) VanRhee; brother-in-law, Russ (Shelley) Reed; sister-in-law, Laurie (Charles) Collins; many nieces, nephews and close friends.
