KEELER, Edward L. -- Age 78, of Flushing, died July 26, 2012 at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. Funeral services will be 1 PM Monday, July 30 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pastor Steve Maske officiating. Interment in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be 2-9 PM Sunday, and 12-1 PM Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to The American Heart Association. Edward was born December 17, 1933 in Flint. He was married to H. Lorraine Kline on April 14, 1979. He retired from GM working for Buick for over 30 years as a Millwright. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Flint and an active member of the Flushing Moose Lodge. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Edward is survived by his wife H. Lorraine Keeler; his daughters Donna Jacobs and husband John, Marian Jacobson and husband Mark, Valerie Kline; his sons, Charles Keeler and wife Darla, Larry Keeler and wife Karen, Vance Kline and wife Jan, Dale Kline and wife Rhonda; brothers Ernest Keeler and wife Judy, Robert Clemons and wife Selma; sisters Colleen Noles, Rebecca Cochoran and husband Tim. and there are many nieces, nephews, grandchildren; and great-grandchildren that will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father Charles Keeler; his mother Marion Fitch; brother Edson Keeler; sisters Joyce Erie and Charlotte Cook; and great-grandson Nicholas Adkins.
