Edward E. Bedell

BEDELL, Edward E. - Age 84, of West Branch, formerly of Linden, died Wednesday, March 12, 2008. Services will be held 11 AM Monday, March 17, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden with Rev. Donald Neuville officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held 12-4 and 6-8 Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home. Mr. Bedell was born March 11, 1924 in Flint, the son of Ernest and Bertha (Kenyon) Bedell. He married Betty M. Kimble and she preceded him in death on September 4, 2002. Mr. Bedell was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during World War II. He retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. Mr. Bedell was a true outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing and trapping. Surviving are: two daughters, Ann Barnum of Linden, Rosemary and husband, Edward Garrison of Linden; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild; niece, Bertha Torrey of Fenton; special friend, Delores Miller of West Branch.
