COLLINS, Edna N.  Age 89, of Burton, died Thursday, March 31, 2005 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, April 4, 2005 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (just south of Hill Rd.), Flint. Interment will be held at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be from 11 AM  9 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Make-A-Wish Foundation or Carriage Town Ministries Food Bank. Mrs. Collins was born January 28, 1916 in Summerville, TN, the daughter of John and Nellie (Forbe) Cunningham. She married Rev. William H. Collins on August 2, 1941 in Mississippi and he preceded her in death on August 25, 2004. She was a member of Good Shepard Church. Surviving are: seven children, John M. Smith of Burton, Jane and husband, Marvin Anderson of Swartz Creek, Jean and husband, Dave Schopieray of Grand Blanc, William H. Collins, Jr. and wife, Evelyn of Otter Lake, Patsy L. and husband, Jack LaPorte of Glendale, AZ, Linda F. and husband, Steve Payer of Otisville, Frank Collins and wife, Janie of Jacksonville, FL; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Irene Gilmore of Flint Township.
