MURRAY, Mrs. Eddie Leanor - Age 94, of Fenton, formerly of Bedford, IN, died Friday, January 18, 2008 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Monday, January 21 at the chapel St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton, Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Visitation will be at the church from 10 AM until time of service Monday.  Burial in Cresthaven Memory Gardens, Bedford, IN at 2 PM Tuesday, January 22. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the St. John G.I.F.T. Campaign or St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, Bedford, IN. Mrs. Murray was born June 5, 1913 in Ector, Texas the daughter of David Edward Holcomb and LouElla (Allen) Holcomb. She was a graduate of the Bradford Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Texas. She was married to Marion Murray and he preceded her in death in 1976. Mrs. Murray retired from G.M. Powertrain in Bedford, IN, as the nursing supervisor. She was a Red Cross Volunteer for many years and a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Surviving are: son, William and wife Susan Murray of Lake Orion; four grandchildren, Elizabeth and husband Curtis Horton of Fenton, Stephanie and husband Matt Price of Walton, IN, Thomas E. and wife Patty Murray of Harper Woods, Michelle and husband Steve Draper of Carlisle, OH; daughter-in-law, Carmella Murray of Fenton; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Murray was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Murray; son Allen D. Murray on July 21, 2007; two brothers, and one sister. The family extends a special thanks to Dr. Eugene Chardoul, Dr. Suresh Gupta, and the nursing staff at Genesys.
