HAYES, Eddie S. - Age 59, of Caro, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday September 18, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel 7538 Miller Road Swartz Creek. Visitation 2:00 PM until the time of Service Sunday. Pastor J.D. Landis officiating. Interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Memorial Contributions in Eddie's memory would be appreciated to the Lighthouse Rehabilitation Center, Caro.

Eddie was born July 13, 1963 in Flint, the son of Edgar Clayton and Joanne (Transou) Hayes.

Eddie is survived by: his sisters, Sandra L. Winn and Cathy A. Sudborough; nieces, Melissa Ives (Tony), Laura Fortune (Justin), and Alexandria Thomas (Joshua), great nephew, Noah; great niece, Leah.

We are very grateful to Eddie’s extended Lighthouse family for providing wonderful care     to him over the past 20 years. We would also like to thank Nema from Covenant Hospice.
