Dwight Thomas

THOMAS, Dwight Carroll - Age 65, of Fenton,  died Friday, July 19, 2019.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton.  Pastor Mark Cox officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 12 PM until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Alliance for the Mentally Ill.

Dwight was born October 19, 1953 in Austria, the son of Julian Riley and Lorraine Doris (Burtch) Thomas.  He attended Fenton High School.  He had resided in Fenton since 1961, coming from Flint.

Surviving are: his father, Julian; 4 siblings, Gregory Thomas of Fenton, Loren Thomas of Fenton, Julianne (Robbie) Roberson, and William (Jeni) Thomas of Vanderbilt; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lorraine Thomas; and brother, Brian Thomas.  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
