Douglas Bosley

Bosley, Douglas John - Age 78, of Flushing, died peacefully at home Friday, April 17, 2015. Funeral services will be held 11AM Wednesday, April 22 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Mr. John McKerring officiating. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Monday and Tuesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the Douglas Bosley Memorial Fund. He was born July 10, 1936 in Flint, the son of Nate and Elnora (Burden) Bosley. He was a veteran of the U.S.Army. He married Dawn Marie Betsinger on July 9, 1993 in Flushing. Mr. Bosley was a longtime restaurant owner & operator in the Genesee County area. Surviving are: his wife, Dawn; two sons, Craig (Ardena) of Nashville, TN, Kevin (Renee) of Fenton; grandchildren, Cassy, Kyle, Katie, Ella, Olivia, Danielle and Robbie; three great-grandchildren, Sophia, Hadley and Myla. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family extends a special thanks to Kim Cox and the TMT Medical Team, Bryan and Joe.
