TILDEN, Dorothy J. - Age 90, of Flint, died January 24, 2016. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 1-8 PM Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association. Dorothy was born October 22, 1925 in Grand Blanc, the daughter of Horace and Gladys (Warner) Baker. She was married to Malcolm L. Tilden on March 29, 1946; he preceded her in death on June 20, 1997. Mrs. Tilden enjoyed bowling, bingo, playing cards and she had a great sense of humor. She is survived by her children, Douglas (Sandra) Tilden, Michael Tilden, Chris Morgan, Debbie (Rob) Heavner, Dan (Christina) Tilden; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia "Ginny" Sweeney; nieces and nephews.
