Dorothy Slowick

Slowick, Dorothy Jane -- Age 89, of Flushing, passed away peacefully December 4, 2021.  No services will be held.  Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miler Road Swartz Creek.

Dorothy was born October 31, 1932 in Frazee, MN the youngest of 9 children of Ferdinand and Emily (Besel) Meier. Dorothy married Philip Slowick on August 13, 1956 in Lansing,  he preceded her in death on October 20, 2019.   She graduated from Lansing Eastern High School, and graduated from U of M. She worked as a dental hygienist for her husband for many years. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, wife and best friend. She will be sadly missed.

She is survived by daughters, Julie (Glenn) Holevac, Christine (James) Bellestri; grandson, Nicholas (Bridgette Blazoff) Bellestri; and many extended family members.
