Dorothy M. HALE

HALE, Dorothy M., "Dory", age 51 of Davison, died Saturday, March 14, 2009 in Flint. Dory was born in Flint on December 27, 1957 the daughter of David and Dorothy (Bothom) Haeger. She has lived in the Flint area most of her life. She had been a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church. Dory enjoyed crocheting and was an avid reader. She also loved the out of doors and nature. Surviving is her husband, Leonard, three children; Ricky Lamb and fiance Sarah, Christina Lamb and fiance Ryan and William "Billy" Lamb. Also surviving is her father, David Haeger and wife Marty, three sisters; Denise, Diane, Dawn, a brother, David along with several nieces, nephews, a sister-in-law, Donna Meyer and husband Robert, brothers-in-law Donald Hale and wife Kathleen and David Hale. Services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 19, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. Pastor Keith O'Neal will officiate with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12 Noon to 4 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday visitation will be from 10 A.M. to service time. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dory's name are being accepted for ALS of Michigan, Inc.
