DOXEY, Dorothy Marion - age 90, of Edinburgh IN, formerly of West Branch, died Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Funeral Services will be held 1PM Friday, October 30, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Homes and Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc Twp. with Reverend Grant Wessel Officiating. Visitation will be held 11AM until time of service at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Mrs Doxey was born January 18, 1919, the daughter of the late George H. and Louise M. (Priebe) Johnston. Dorothy was a member of the church of the Nazarene in Edinburgh, IN and a past member of Ogemaw Hills Free Methodist Church in West Branch. Dorothy loved spending time and taking care of her grandchildren. Surviving are : son Rolland (Connie) Doxey of Bay City; daughter Marilyn D. DeLeon of Edinburgh, IN; 5 Grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sister Edythe (Grant) Wessel of Grand Blanc; neices and nephews.
