Dorothy Arlene Cardinal

CARDINAL, Dorothy Arlene  age 84, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, January 18, 2006 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 21, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., with Rev. Don Neuville officiating. Interment will be held at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12-9 PM Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Cardinal was born June 6, 1921 in Sandstone, MN, the daughter of Carl and Florence (Cook) Jamison. She married Abner Alexander Cardinal and he preceded her in death on November 27, 1985. Surviving are: two sons, Stanley (Margaret) Cardinal of Swartz Creek, Carl (Carol) Cardinal of Wolverine; three daughters, Jeanette VanCulin of Flint, Nancy (Gary) Robinson of Swartz Creek, Sherri Neff of Swartz Creek; 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Purdy of Burton.
