FLEURY, Dorothea M. -- Age 92, of Roscommon, formerly of Durand and Lennon, died May 14, 2014. Committal services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday May 22, 2014 at Flint Memorial Park Chapel, Mt. Dorothea was born August 11, 1921 in Empire, Michigan, the daughter of William and Violet (Brooks) Froats. She was a graduate of Flint Northern High School. Dorothea was employed by General Motors Parts Plant in the Unit Room for 30 years retiring in 1974. Surviving are, son, Robert A. (Laura) Froats of Roscommon; grandchildren, Julie (Scott) Wood of Apoka, FL, Robin (Mike) O'Brien of Orlando, FL; great-grandchildren, Bobby Barclay of Ormond Beach, FL, Selah O'Brien of Orlando, FL, Scott O'Brien of Orlando, FL, Isabelle Jipson of Apopka, FL; sisters, Betty A. Davie, Patricia G. Lincoln, Phyllis B. Brelinski, Shirley L. Gordon; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded on death by her parents; grandson, Scott A. Froats; siblings, William H. Froats Jr., Margaret M. Derr, Evelyn E. Galbraith, Florence Lamb, Jerald (Dick) Froats, Thomas J. Froats, Katherine D. Froats. Charles D. Froats, Phillip A.
