DORLAND, Olive - age 75 of Fenton/Gladwin, died Monday, May 5, 2008 at Henry Ford Hospital surrounded by family. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday, May 9, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton with Pastor Lynn Chappell officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-5 and 7-9 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Olive was born August 18, 1932 in Deerfield Center, the daughter of Elroy and Anna (Richards) Warner. Olive loved cake decorating, caring for many flowers and plants and traveling. She is survived by: her husband of 43 years, Bruce; her daughter, Rose (Doug) Crane, son, Leo (Teresa) Doan; daughters, Ruth Dorland, Jean (Rich) Young and Joan (Tim) Salley; grandchildren, Chad Crane, Michael (Mindy) Young, Cory Crane, John (Nicole) Ekleberry, Jared Salley, Kevin Young, Eric Salley and Derek Young; two great-grandchildren, Dakoda and Kayla Young; brothers, Dale (Marilyn) Warner and Elton (Sue) Warner; brother-in-law, Paul (Sharon) Dorland, sister-in-law, Mary Henderson; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by: her parents; brothers, Melvin, George and Edwin Warner; father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and L. Ruth Dorland.
