AMMERMAN, Doris Patricia "Pat" - Age 82, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at her residence. Services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, July 11, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, Rev. Tom Knight officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday from 12-8 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to McLaren Visiting Nurse and Hospice. Pat was born November 24, 1928 in Flint, the daughter of Donald D. and Evelyn E. (Schultz) Harvey. She graduated from Flint Central High School. She married Jerome C. "Jerry" Ammerman September 9, 1950 in Indiana. Pat had resided in Swartz Creek since 1958 coming from Flint. Surviving are: husband, Jerome C. "Jerry"; 4 children, Jerry and wife Diane Ammerman of Florida, Evelyn and husband Ken Peterson of Flushing, Sharon and husband Ross Wood of Swartz Creek and Jack and wife Loanna Ammerman of Swartz Creek; 8 grandchildren, Jerry (Katie) Ammerman II, Ryan Peterson, Scott Peterson, Heather Wood, Kevin (Melanie) Wood, Kristy Ammerman, Jack Ryan Ammerman and Jay Ammerman; 3 great grandchildren; special friends, Toni Sanborn and nieghbors.
