Donna Jean Todd

TODD, Donna Jean - Age 84, of Swartz Creek, passed away on Monday, August 28, 2023, at the Regency of Grand Blanc. A memorial service will take place 11:00 AM, Friday, September 22, 2023, at Messiah Lutheran Church, 8497 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, MI 48473. Arrangements were entrusted to Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to Messiah Lutheran Church of Swartz Creek. 

Donna was born on November 24, 1938, in Altoona, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Altoona High School; Donna continued her education at Mott Community College where she studied to become a licensed practical nurse. She worked as an LPN at Flint Osteopathic Hospital for 15 years before her retirement in 1987. Donna and Robert G. Todd Sr. were united in marriage on May 10, 1957, in Flint. Sadly, he preceded her in death on January 23, 2018.  She was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church in Swartz Creek, Bishop Sewing Council and LPN Association. 

She is survived by her children, Robert Gary (Kathy) Todd, Jr., Michael Alan Todd, Debra (Doug) Chenail; 4 grandchildren, Amber (Laura Ballard) Todd, Jessica (David) Reese, Joseph (Marly Watts) Chenail and Andres Perez; great-grandson, Ronin Reese; brothers, Robert Archibald and David (Diane) Archibald; and extended family, the Kelley family, the Harr family, and the Neuville family.
