ROHEN, Don Richard, age 73, of Fenton, died Monday, June 9, 2008 at home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11AM Thursday, June 12, 2008 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, Fenton. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-5 and 7-9PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Donations may be made to the Don Richard Rohen Memorial Fund. Don was born June 9, 1935 in Flint the son of James Edward and Marjorie (Canning) Rohen. He married Doris R. Harcek in 1957 in Flint and they lived in Fenton Township for the last 38 years. Don attended Northern High School, but was a graduate of St. Michael's High School in Flint. He was employed by Michigan Bell / AT&T as a supervisor until his retirement. Don was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard and a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Doris; 3 children, Kimberly Traywick (Daniel) of Fenton, James "Pete" Rohen (Sue) of Wyoming, Jeffrey Rohen of Fenton; 10 grandchildren, Danny, Nick, Taylor, Shelby, Joe, Megan, Nathan, Matthew, Chrissy, Allie; 1 great-granddaughter Madelynn; 5 brothers, Jack, Bill, Jim, Bud, Walter Rohen; 3 sisters, Marjorie Beatty, Kathleen Dawson, Mary Ann Kelsey and many nieces and nephews.
