Donald Musolf

Musolf, Donald James - Age 92, of Davison, died March 7, 2023. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1 PM Friday, March 10 at St John Catholic Church, 404 N. Dayton St. Davison. Father Andrew Czajkowski celebrant. Interment at St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Thursday, March 9 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. Visitation will also be held 12 PM Friday, March 10 at the church. Vigil service 6 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Donald was born March 9, 1930 in Marquette, the son of Thomas and Alvina (Morais) Musolf. He proudly served his country in The United States Army during  Korea. He married Clarida Houle November 29, 1952, she preceded him in death on October 10, 1986. Donald married Frances Oakley on March 19, 1988, she preceded him in death on April 23, 2013. He retired October 1, 1988 as a die maker from General Motors after 35 years of service.  He was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Davison. Donald was a life time member of the Davison V.F.W. Post 4087. He was also a member of UAW Local 1292. Donald enjoyed hockey, golf and football. Donald is survived by his son, Daniel Musolf of Davison; daughter, Denise Pitts of Florida; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Debra McCrandall and Dawn Musolf;  brothers, Adlore Musolf and Thomas Musolf; sisters, Dorothy Chisenski, Delina Dupras, and Joyce Wood.
