Donald McClanahan Morrow

MORROW, Donald McClanahan- Age 72, of Fenton, died Sunday, January 1, 2006 at his residence.  A celebration of his life will be held 7:00 PM Friday, January 6, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Home; Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, followed by a veteran service held under the auspices of Fenton V.F.W. Curtis-Wolverton Post #3243 Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until time of service Friday.  Those desiring may make contributions to Hearts of Livonia, a 501C3 charity, 33300 Five Mile Rd., Suite 105, Livonia, MI 48154.  Mr. Morrow was born December 14, 1933 in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Jesse Wall and Louise (Fugat) Morrow.  He is a veteran of the U.S. Army.  He was a graduate of South High School in Grand Rapids and Michigan State University were he majored in mathematics.  He retired from the Linden Community Schools in 1986 where he had been a math teacher for 27 years. Surviving are: brother, Robert Lee Morrow of Livonia; sister, Nancy Williams of Grand Rapids; many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
