Donald Heiser

HEISER, Donald Wayne-- Age 74 of Flint, died Wednesday, December 9, 2015. Funeral services will take place at 1:00PM Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Rev. Darrell Bailey officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2-4PM and 6-8PM Friday and 11 AM until time of service Saturday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to a charity of one's choice. Donald was born January 20, 1941 in Flint, the son of Anthony and Doris (Case) Heiser. He married Claudia Basner on April 14, 1990 in Flint. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He retired from General Motors Truck and Bus. Donald enjoyed bowling, golfing and wood working. He was a proud owner of a 1950 Goldwing Motorcycle. Donald is survived by his wife, Claudia; children, Candy (Matthew) Tilley, Sheila Monroe, David Heiser and Kelly Heiser; grandchildren, Ashley Tilley, Josh Tilley, Steven Monroe, Jennifer Armstead, Ryan Monroe, Kailey Heiser, Travis Heiser, Bradley Heiser and Tony Heiser; siblings, Martha Baker, Delores Skolnick and Richard Heiser; Father and Mother-in-law, John and Betty Basner; sister-in-law, Phyllis Jessen.
