Donald Miller

MILLER, Donald Edward - Age 85, of Linden, died Monday, October 5, 2020. Cremation has taken place and a service will be held at a later date. Donald was born January 30, 1935 in Detroit, the son of Lewis Henry and Lottie Caroline (Brooks) Miller. He was a 1953 graduate of Cooley High School in Detroit. He married Marjorie Lee Wells April 1, 1956 in Hannibal, MO. He has resided in Linden for the past 22 years, coming from Byron. Donald retired in 1987 from GM Chevrolet in Livonia after 32 years of service. He was a active member of First Baptist Church of Fenton. He enjoyed camping, and playing games with family and friends. Surviving are: his wife of 64 years, Marjorie; sons, Terry (Lisa) Miller of Vernon, Ken (Laurie) Miller of Waterford, and Ed (Kristy) Miller of Flushing; grandchildren, Jared Miller, Lindsey Miller, Alan Miller, and Jordan Miller; sister, Shirley (Richard) Honaker of Linden; brother, Jerry (Evelyn) Miller of Sandpoint, Id; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Charlotte Kummer, Marilyn Wallace, and Carol Leipprandt; and brother, Lewis Miller. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
