BRISTOL, Donald J.-Age 92 of Yellow Springs, Ohio, formerly of Fenton, Michigan, died December 4, 2006. Â Mr. Bristol was born June 10, 1914, in Fenton, son of Marian and Julian Bristol. Â He was an electrical contractor in Fenton for 43 years. Â Don was an active member of Fenton United Methodist Church, singing in the choir and serving on the Board of Trustees. Â He was a member of Kiwanis and was elected to the Fenton School Board and the Fenton Village Council. Â Don's passions were bicycling, canoeing, camping and traveling, especially with his family. Â Don was predeceased by his wife of 67 years, Jean, and infant daughter Diane Lee. Â He leaves his loving children, son, Kent and wife Nancy of Yellow Springs, Ohio, daughter, Pam of Loudonville, New York and daughter, Jill and husband Al Mogg of Haslett, Michigan, brother, Harold of Texas; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Â A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 30, 2006 at Fenton United Methodist Church, 119 S. Leroy, Fenton, Michigan, with interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton, immediately following, Pastor David Mulder officiating. Â Visitation will be held 7-9PM Friday, December 29, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Home, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton.
