Dominga Arredondo

Dominga Arredondo, 85, of Davison, Michigan passed away in the early hours of September 29, 2024, at WellBridge of Fenton. Per her wishes she will be cremated. A “Celebration of Life” will take place at a later date. Dominga was born in Waco, Texas on August 6, 1939, to the late Manuel Perez and Dominga (Alonso) Perez. Dominga was a beautiful beloved mother, grandmother and caring friend. She was very compassionate and caring to all who knew her and would help even those she didn’t. She was a wonderful cook. In her spare time she loved playing the accordion. To all she knew and encountered in her lifetime, her kindness and her beautiful smile will never be forgotten. Surviving are her children: Henry Ferrer, Mary (Sam) Doak, Sally DeRosia, Jessica Harrel, Paul Arredondo, Lionel (Brandy) Arredondo, and Lamarr (Stephanie) Arredondo. She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; sisters: Josephine Perez and Frances Gardner as well as many nieces and nephews. Dominga is preceded in death by her sons: Raymond Ferrer and Guadalupe Arredondo, her parents, Manuel and Dominga Perez, brothers: Jesse Perez, Juan Perez and Manuel Perez Jr.; sister-in-laws: Angelita Perez and Delores Perez.
