Dolores Fox

FOX, Dolores - Age 94, of Linden, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Saturday, April 22, 2023 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St. Fenton (A live stream of the Mass will be available on Dolores obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Fr. Robert Copeland celebrant. Visitation will be held Friday from 5-8 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, where a Rosary will be prayed at 7 PM and at church Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass. Those desiring may make contributions to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.

Dolores was born January 6, 1929 in Fowler, the daughter of Arnold and Paula (Weiber) Miller. She was 1947 graduate of Fowler High School. She married Donald H. Fox January 30, 1951 in Fowler and he preceded her in death May 7, 2012. She had resided in Linden for many years coming from Flint; and she wintered in Mesa, AZ. Dolores was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and All Saints Catholic Church in Mesa, AZ. She was also very active in St. Luke Women's Guild. She enjoyed bowling, cooking, baking and most of all spending time with her family.

Surviving are: her children, Patricia Ann (Terry) Ross of Fenton, Steven Michael Fox of Flushing, Larry Donald (Julie) Fox of Grandville, Timothy Joseph Fox of Fenton, Nancy Marie (Charles) Selves of Fenton and Shelley Kay (Shawn) Murphy of Fenton; 23 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Marvin (Judy), Lester (Juliann), Hilary (Jerri) Miller; sister, Helen Marie (Paul) Schafer. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
