Diane Rigdon

RIGDON, Diane Elizabeth -- Age 64, of Grand Blanc, died October 12, 2014. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Wednesday, October 15 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint, Pastor Jim Nelson officiating. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 1-4 PM and 6-8 PM on Tuesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society or Hospice Advantage. Diane was born August 8, 1950 in Flint the daughter of Frank and Virginia ( Eaglen) Carswell. She married James M. Rigdon in Flint on October 21, 1967. She was a devoted mother and wife that loved fitness, cooking and most of all her family. Surviving are: husband, Jim; mother, Virginia Carswell; 3 sons, Michael (Tracey) Rigdon of Gaines, David (Kristin) Rigdon of Swartz Creek, James (Kristina) Rigdon of Grand Blanc; 8 grandchildren, Kayla, Lucas, Logan, Tyler, Zachary, Nickolas, Brady and Carson; Siblings, Juanita (Robert) Singer, Linda "Sue" (James) Stillman, Frank (Eva) Carswell, Thomas (Molly) Carswell, Shelly (James) Johnson, many nieces and nephews.
