Diane Pierce

Pierce, Diane L. - age 67 of Bradenton, Florida, formerly of Davison, passed away November 16th, 2019. A Memorial Mass will be held 11 AM, Saturday, January 4, 2019 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Diane was born on February 4th, 1952, the daughter of Harry and Donna Hoffman. She enjoyed many years as the “Minister of Music” for St. Pius X Church of Flint where she served as Choir Director. She finished her career at St. John’s Catholic Church of Fenton. During this time she made many close friendships with members of each parish and was lovingly referred to as “Chicky”. Diane loved her family dearly, she loved hosting family gatherings which included famous Pierce Fish Fry’s and enjoyed traveling with her husband, Tom. Many of her children’s friends had looked at her like a mother figure. Surviving are: sons, Todd (Nikki) of Lennon, Scott of Grand Blanc; sister, Cathy; brother, Robert and many nieces and nephews. Diane’s passing was followed 2 days later by her beloved husband Thomas.  Diane is preceded in death by; mother, Donna and father, Harry.
