Diane Marie (Cameron) Penix

Penix, Diane Marie (Cameron), age 64 of Burton, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer.  Per Diane's wishes, cremation has taken place, and a Memorial Service will be held at 12 PM on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at the Flint City Church located at 3230 Richfield Road, Flint, Michigan.  A luncheon will follow at the church.

Diane was born on March 12, 1959 in Flint, Michigan to the late Dewey and Joan (Gifford) Cameron. She enjoyed crafting, photography and baking.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Jerry; children, Lena, Ian, and Jolene; grandchildren, Kayla, Elizabeth, Cameron, and Gabriel;  great-grandchild, Mateo; sisters, Lori (Rick) Frederick and Colleen.

Mrs. Penix was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Alan; and special friend of 50 years Andrea Parkin.
