Diana Gayle Gentry

Gentry, Diana Gayle - Age 77, of Linden, passed away September 3, 2024. Cremation arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden. The family will celebrate her life privately. 

Diana was born July 29, 1947 in Bakersfield, California the daughter of the late William and Doris "Dody" (Scheerer) Gentry. She worked as a property manager. In her youth, she was a champion barrel racer at various rodeo events. Diana was an avid Elvis fan. She had a green thumb and loved gardening, flowers, and plants. She loved her family. 

She is survived by her five children, Wesley (Tina) Hefner, Rodney (Julie) Hefner, Scott (Veronica) Hefner, Melissa Noblin, and James Howes; eleven grandchildren, Ashley Walker (Jake Lanning), Kiley (Benjamin) Nixon, Emily (Raymond) Doran, Mattison Brinker, Shane (Suzie) Hefner, Alex Hefner, Justin Hefner, Jordan Hefner, Lucas Hefner, Maxwell Howes, and Mya Howes; 7 great grandchildren; one nephew.
