Destanie was born on May 26th, 1979. She married Gregory Palmateer Jr. on October 29, 1999 in Burton. She was an amazing mother to her 3 daughters and a wonderful presence to be around. Her jokes never failed an instant smile. She was beautiful, true to herself, loving, strong and resilient. Surviving are: three daughters, Brooklyn Palmateer, Tori Palmateer, Lexi Palmateer, one grandchild, Jeremiah Thorton; brother Dakota Gilbert. She is preceded in death by husband; Gregory Palmateer, mother; Joscelyn and father; Roger Gilbert.
