Derek Willhite

Willhite, Derek Ellis - Age 41, of Burton, died November 17, 2019. Funeral services will be held 12 Noon Friday, November 22 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Pastor Jason Crum officiating. Visitation will be held 10 AM until the time of the service on Friday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Derek Willhite Memorial Fund in care of Sharp Funeral Homes. Derek was born August 9, 1978 in Lansing, the son of Robert and Crystal (Cicotte) Willhite. He married Tammy Goodman on March 12, 2015. He had a great love for his grandchildren. Surviving are: wife Tammy; five children, Danielle Owens of Flint, Taylor (Zachary) Roll of Lansing, Haley Edwards-Wacht (Terrance) of Kentucky, Zachary Mason of Flint, Madison Willhite of Oscoda; nine grandchildren; sister Kassie; brothers, Blake, Clay, Russell, and Buddy; many nieces and nephews.
