WARD, Dennis Eugene - age 53, of Flint, died Friday, August 10, 2012. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Bristol United Methodist Church, G5285 Van Slyke Road, Flint with Rev. Marvin Herman officiating. Visitation will be held from 1-4 PM and 6-8 PM Monday at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint, and 10 AM until the time of the service at the church Tuesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Dennis Ward Memorial Fund. Mr. Ward was born March 13, 1959 in Flint, the son of Warren E. "Gene" and Erma (Taylor) Ward. He was a graduate of Ainsworth High School. He worked in construction. He is survived by his children, Ryan Ward of Texas, Autumn Ward of Davison and Derrick Ward of Alma; parents, Warren E. "Gene" and Erma Ward of Flint; siblings, Diane McConnell (Rick) of Prudenville, Kim Carlin (Todd) of Schoolcraft, Lynette Ward of Lansing, and Leighann Suthard (Tim) of Florida; several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
