Dennis Julius "DJ" James

James, Dennis Julius "DJ"  - Age 69, of  Grand Blanc passed away July 1, 2023. According to his wishes, no service is planned. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. 

Dennis was born March 7, 1954 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Iven and Joyce (Homer) James. He worked as an auto mechanic. DJ loved to fish and hunt. He also enjoyed trips to the casino. He married Lisa McConnell on July 19 2003. 

He is survived by his wife, Lisa; two daughters, Mary (Shawn) Buterakos and Jennifer (Marvin) Blackford; two step sons, Lucas Davis and Kevin Davis; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his siblings, Connie (Scott) Byers, Steve (Jane) James, Cindy Kilburn, and Carole Jones; several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ed James.
