Dennis Peter GURNIAK

GURNIAK, Dennis Peter, age 69, of Fenton, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012. Funeral service will be 12:00PM Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at First Presbyterian Church of Fenton, 503 S. Leroy St., Fenton. Pastor Dale Swihart officiating. Visitation will be 4-8PM Tuesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Memorial contributions may be made to to the Educational Fund for his granddaughters, Manda and Macie. Dennis was born December 7, 1942 in Detroit the son of the late Peter and Hedwig (Rozanski) Gurniak. He married Sally Ann Klein on January 12, 1963 in Detroit. Dennis was employed by Consumer Power Company as a District Sales Manager until his retirement. Surviving are his wife Sally; 3 children, Rex Gurniak of Las Vegas, Mark Gurniak (Kristen) of Las Vegas, Kim Villarreal (Tim) of Fenton; 2 granddaughters, Macie and Manda Villarreal of Fenton; 2 sisters, Janet Farris (John III) of Canton, Lynn Smith (Dick) of Plymouth.
