WILSON, Denise E. (Waligora) - Age 46, of Fenton, died Friday, April 28, 2006 at Brian's House in Davison. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1:30PM Monday, May 1, 2006 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St. Fenton. Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Visitation will be held 4-8PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. A vigil service will be held 5PM Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Brian's House, McLaren Visiting Nurses - Hospice Care, 1515 Cal Dr. Davison, MI 48423. Denise was born June 19, 1959 in Wayne, Michigan, the daughter of Austin C. and Rita Ann (Thibault) Waligora. She was a 1977 graduate of Lake Fenton High School. Denise married Geoffrey Wilson at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Fenton on May 1, 1982. She was the Deputy Treasurer of Tyrone Township for 4 years and Hartland Township for 2 years. Denise was a quick- witted lady who enjoyed a good laugh, she was very gracious, and always willing to help those around her. Denise was a wonderful aunt, who loved her nieces and nephews very much. Surviving are her husband Geoffrey of Fenton; brothers, Bob (Rosemary) Waligora of Fenton, Larry (Sharon) Waligora of Milford, Rick (Heidi) Waligora of Sault Ste. Marie; sisters, Jayne (Jon) Ziv of California, Charlene Hammond of Grand Blanc; nephews and nieces, Matt, Keith, Eric, Shawn, Mark, Zak, Tyler, Adam, Leigh, Danielle, Erin, Breanna, Piper, Carylene; 2 great-nephews, Austin, Gavin; great-niece, Kaitlin; In-Laws, Donald and Barbara Wilson of Holly; sister-in-law, Deanna Wilson of Holly. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Peter Waligora; 2 brother-in-laws, Brad Wilson and Bruce Wilson.
