Delaine Deloris Longworth

LONGWORTH, Delaine Deloris - Age 78, died Saturday, December 27, 2003 at Argentine Care Center. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, December 30, 2003 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden, Rev. Donald Neuville officiating. Burial will follow in Argentine Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7-9 PM Sunday, 2-5 & 7-9 PM Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Delaine Longworth Memorial Fund. Delaine was born July 15, 1925 in Redyard, MI. She married John Longworth, Jr. who preceded her in death in 1983. She was a founding member of the Argentine Kitchen Band. Surviving are: children, Nancy Brown, Yvonne Hall, John Longworth III; 10 grandchildren, Randy, Dana, Tammy, Tracey, Vance, Vicky, Margie, Michael, John IV, Brandy; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; brother, Donald Bruce; sister, Faybelle Fowler. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Emma Bruce; son, Freddie; sisters, Marie Parker, Roberta Scriviner, Donna Gray, Patricia Kelch; brother, Marlon Bruce; granddaughter, Cynthia Brown; step-brother, Robert Linton.
