MILLER, Debra Ann - Age 67, of Grand Blanc, died November 2, 2019. No public services will be held at this time. Debra was born August 17, 1952 in Flint, the daughter of Andrew and Angeline (Andreozzi) Spencley. She married Russel Miller in 1973. She and her husband founded Greater Michigan Search & Rescue, a non-profit organization that searches for missing persons. Debra is survived by her husband, Russel; children, Russel Miller of Rochester Hills, Tracy Miller (David Wells) of Flushing; grandchildren, Katlyn and Madelyn Wells; mother, Angeline of Pellston; siblings, Diana Spencley, Andy (Judy) Spencley, Gerald (Pam) Spencley, Sam (Sid) Yarborough.
