THIESE, David Lee Jr. - Age 52, of Burton, died Saturday, March 5, 2016. Funeral Mass will take place 11 AM Friday, March 11 at St. Pius X Catholic Church 3139 Hogarth Ave., Flint. Father Robert Copeland celebrant. Visitation will take place from 10 AM until the time of service at the church. David was born April 30, 1963 in Flint to David and Barbara (Hamro) Thiese. He was a graduate of Carman High School, a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #8245 and he enjoyed anything Disney. He is survived by his father, David L. Thiese Sr.; siblings, Lynne Reynolds, twin brother Douglas Thiese, and Beth McCardel; nieces, Rachel (Jack Brady), Sydney, and Ally; and great niece, Olivia. David is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara.
