David Shaver

Shaver, David LaMonte - Age 84, of  Burton, died June 18, 2023. No services will be held. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center,  6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions the Humane Society of Genesee County.

David was born April 14, 1939 in Maple Valley Township, Michigan, the son of Joseph Shaver and Nina (Hoisington) Shaver. He married Judy Nichols on April 16, 1966. He loved to spend time at their house in Cheboygan.

Surviving are: his wife of 57 years Judy; son Drake (Kelli) Shaver; daughter Dana Shaver; grandchildren, Samantha and Mallory. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
