David Oxford

OXFORD, David William - Age 60, of Grand Blanc, MI, was born September 12, 1960 in Flint to James David and Cora Sue Oxford and departed us August 26, 2021. Memorial Visitation 11AM until 3PM Friday, September 10, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel 8138 Miller Road Swartz Creek. A Celebration of David's Life will continue from 4PM-7PM Friday at his sister Debbie's residence in Flushing. Interment at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Memorial Contributions would be appreciated to The Genesee County Humane Society.

David attended Carman High School and later earned an Associates Degree in Science from Mott Community College. He was a Registered Respiratory Therapist practicing in a variety of settings from 1981 to August 2014. David was engaging and social, easily interacting with everyone he met. He formed lasting friendships at home as well as during his work travels throughout the country. He will be missed dearly and is survived by his siblings, Deborah Oxford (Michelle), Kenneth Oxford, James Oxford, and Wade Oxford (Sarah); cousin, Thomas Snyder (Aleshia); extended family, Bill and Susan Bradley as well as their daughter, Shawntae Bradley and her children.
