David Megdell

MEGDELL, David Irwin - Age 74, of Flushing formerly of Flint, died Thursday, December 7, 2017. Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Rabbi Yisroel Weingarten officiating. Burial in Machpelah Cemetery, Flint. Those desiring may make contributions to Genesee County Bar Foundation. David was born April 27, 1943 in Detroit, the son of Joseph and Eleanor (Lustgarten) Megdell. He was 1961 graduate of Southwestern High School; he received a Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University; and his Law Degree from Texas Southern University in Houston, TX. He married Teri Ehler May 16, 2004 in Fenton. David was an Attorney and practiced law in Flint for 48 years. Surviving are: his wife, Teri; children, Josh (Lila) Megdell of West Hills, CA, Adrea (Danny) Megdell Goldberg of Tiburon, CA, Tina (John) Kramer of Davison, and Amy (Tyrone Sims) Puff of Flint Township; grandchildren, Jacob, Jonah, Sydelle, Lucca, Michael, and Ryan; brother, Jacob (Heather) Megdell of Canada; sister, Ilene Megdell of Florida; and niece, Anna Megdell of Tennessee.
