David was born in Beaumont Royal Oak, Michigan on May 22, 1967 to parents, James and Carole (Sherva) Parker. David passed away on May, 23, 2021, in peace at McLaren Hospital, Flint, Michigan. Following High School, David joined the US Navy then proceeded to have a long career in the medical mobility industry. David was preceded in his death by his mother (Carole) and survived by his wife (Virginia Waugaman-Parker), daughter (Alaina), Father (James) and brother (Jason). During his life David had a strong sense of patriotism and being able to help others. There will be a Memorial service for close family and friends at the Great Lakes Veterans Cemetery in Holly, MI Date To Be Announced. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, send donations to Wounded Warrior Project, a program David believed in and supported. Donations can be made on their website @ woundedwarrior project.org.
