Davette Shelton

SHELTON, Davette Marie - Age 63, of Fenton, passed away October 16, 2020. A graveside service will be held 12 PM Friday, October 23, 2020 at Oakwood Cemetery in Fenton. Davette was born July 27, 1957 in Flint, the daughter of Howard and Glenda (Hippensteel) Stark. Davette had a huge heart and her door was always open to anyone in need. She was passionate about her work as an OB Nurse at Genesys. She loved caring for new mothers and babies. She also enjoyed tending to her flowers and plants, which were always beautiful. She is survived by her husband, Rick; children, David (Rachel) Grossmann, Wade (Leah) Shelton and David (Erin) Shelton; five grandsons, Luke, Noah and Beckett Shelton, Callum and Rhys Grossmann; mother, Glenda Stark; sisters, Carol, Teresa and Carrie; brothers, Steve and Nathan. She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Stark; brother, Rick and sister, Sher.
