OSBORN, Dathan D. - age 49, of Swartz Creek, died Thursday, July 16, 2009 at his residence. Cremation has taken place. Services will be held 3 PM Sunday, July 19, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. The family will receive friends from 12 PM until the time of service Sunday. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation. Dathan was born August 14, 1959 in Flint. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping. He also coached basketball and baseball travel teams. Surviving are: wife, Mitzi; three children, Alea (Stephen) Brown, Maria (Richard) North, Brandon Osborn; six grandchildren, Tyler, Tiffany, Katelyn, David, Thomas and Avery; father, Dudley (Gladys) Osborn; mother, Donna Seeley (Osborn); grandmother, Adelaide Osborn; sister, Dana Whipple; brother, Darren (Jeanine) Osborn; two uncles, Patrick (Leann) Seeley, Uncle Scott (Lisa) Seeley, aunt, Paula (Daan) vanSchooneveld; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
